As you can see in the video, Personal Training is great for helping you progress in the gym. Motivation and making sure you perform each exercise correctly are key to progression, and these are vital parts of my sessions.
Along with your desired number of weekly sessions, you'll also receive access to my own Savage Fitness smartphone app, where I'll assign your calories and macros tailored to you.
You'll also be prescribed workouts, which you'll be able to track LIVE in my app. Essentially, this is your logbook. You'll be able to look back at this data in future workouts to make sure you progress each session.
Every week you'll check in, and I will provide video feedback, taking into account your physique updates, 7 day average on the scales, your training, and a check in form. This will keep you accountable, and gives me chance to make any necessary adjustments to make sure we keep moving in the right direction.
